Sa fregula or, in its Italianised version, fregola is a typical Sardinian format in the form of small dough balls. Fregula Sarda no. 352 drawn in bronze is perfect with seafood, such as mussels and clams, but also with fresh, crisp vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes and peppers.
